    Data Controller

Streamer Share is operated by Plexo Logic Ltd (Company No: 16940619). For the purposes of UK GDPR, Plexo Logic Ltd is the Data Controller for your personal information.

    1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to operate our content automation engine:

    • Account Data: Email address and basic profile information provided during registration.
    • API Credentials: Secure OAuth 2.0 tokens for Twitch and your destination platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We do not see or store your platform passwords.
    • Ephemeral Media Data: Temporary video metadata and media files required for the distribution process.
    • Usage Analytics: Information on system performance, post-success rates, and tool interaction.

    2. The "Bridge & Purge" Data Process

Our unique architecture is designed to minimize data footprint:

    • Twitch Content: We bridge authorized clips from Twitch to Cloudflare storage using official API endpoints. This data is immediately purged from Cloudflare once a post is successfully distributed.
    • Custom Content: User-uploaded custom videos are stored securely on Cloudflare and are automatically deleted after 30 calendar days.
    • No Archival: Plexo Logic Ltd does not maintain a permanent mirror or archive of your original broadcast content.

    3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We only share data with service providers essential to the "Logic Engine" workflow:

    • Infrastructure: Cloudflare (Media storage and delivery).
    • Social Platforms: TikTok, Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and X (as per your active connections).
    • Payments: Stripe (Payment processing and subscription management).

    4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all stored tokens and metadata. All data transfers between the Twitch API, Cloudflare, and your destination platforms are conducted via secure HTTPS/TLS protocols.

    5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You may also disconnect your OAuth tokens at any time via your account settings, which instantly revokes our access to those platform APIs.

    6. YouTube API Services

Streamer Share uses YouTube API Services to enable video uploads to your YouTube channel. By connecting your YouTube account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    Google Privacy Policy

Your use of YouTube features is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

    Data We Access and Collect

When you connect your YouTube account, we access and store:

    • OAuth 2.0 authentication tokens (to maintain your connection)
    • Your YouTube channel ID and name (to identify where to upload)
    • Upload capability status (to verify your account can receive uploads)

Access tokens are automatically refreshed 7 days before expiration to ensure uninterrupted service and maintain data freshness.

We do NOT access your YouTube watch history, subscriptions, playlists, likes, comments, or any content you have not explicitly authorized for upload.

    Data Storage and Cookies

We store your encrypted YouTube OAuth tokens in our secure database to maintain your platform connection. We use essential cookies and local storage on your device to:

    • Maintain your authentication session
    • Remember your YouTube connection preferences
    • Store temporary upload state during the posting process

    Revoking Access

You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time through your Streamer Share account settings, which immediately deletes your stored tokens from our database. You can also revoke Streamer Share's access to your Google account directly through Google's security settings.

    Data Deletion

When you disconnect your YouTube account or delete your Streamer Share account, all YouTube-related tokens and channel data are permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours.

    7. Spin Fury (Twitch Extension)

Spin Fury is a Twitch Extension published by Plexo Logic Ltd. It runs inside the Twitch player and viewer panel on channels where a broadcaster has installed it. Viewers spend Twitch Bits to spin a wheel, and the broadcaster performs the resulting forfeit. This section explains what Spin Fury processes and is separate from the content automation platform described above.

    Information Twitch Provides to Us

    • Opaque User ID: A pseudonymous identifier issued by Twitch (for example U1234567). Spin Fury does not request Identity Link, so we do not receive your Twitch account ID, email address or profile information.
    • Display Name: When you complete a Bits transaction, Twitch supplies the display name of the purchaser so the spin can be attributed on screen.
    • Channel Identifier: The channel on which the extension is running.
    • Transaction Receipt: A signed token from Twitch confirming that a Bits transaction took place, used to verify the purchase is genuine before a spin is awarded. We record the transaction identifier so a single purchase cannot be redeemed more than once.

    Information Broadcasters Provide

Broadcasters configure their own channel settings, including forfeit lists, pricing package, sound and overlay preferences. These are stored against the broadcaster's Twitch channel identifier in our database so that every viewer and the broadcaster's stream overlay show the same wheel.

    Where This Data Is Stored

Spin Fury records this information in our own database, hosted in the United Kingdom by our cloud infrastructure provider, who processes it solely on our instructions. For each spin we store the channel identifier, the purchaser's Twitch display name, their opaque identifier, the Bits amount and product purchased, the transaction identifier, and the forfeit the wheel selected. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS, and every request is authenticated with a signed token issued by Twitch, so one channel can never read or change another channel's settings.

    Public Display of Your Name

If you spend Bits on a spin, your Twitch display name is shown publicly on the broadcaster's stream and within the extension (for example, "PixelPirate spent 150 Bits"), and appears in the broadcaster's recent-spins list. This is a core function of the extension. If you do not wish your display name to be shown in this way, please do not purchase a spin.

    Payments

All Bits purchases are processed entirely by Twitch under Twitch's own terms. Plexo Logic Ltd never receives, sees or stores your payment card details or Bits balance. Twitch divides Bits revenue between the broadcaster and the extension developer automatically.

    What We Do Not Collect

Spin Fury does not collect email addresses, passwords, payment details, chat messages, watch history, or any viewing behaviour beyond the spins you choose to trigger. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

    Retention and Deletion

Spin records are kept so broadcasters can see their recent activity and so purchases cannot be redeemed twice, and are retained for no longer than needed to operate the extension, resolve disputes and meet accounting obligations. Channel settings persist until the broadcaster changes them, and are deleted on request when a broadcaster removes the extension. To request deletion of data associated with your channel or your opaque identifier, contact us using the details below.
