1. Service Tiers & Usage Limits

2. Media Architecture & Storage

Streamer Share operates as a secure relay service for your media content. We do not store video files on our website or in our database. Here is how your content flows through our system:

How Twitch Clips Work

• Authorized Access: We access your Twitch clips only through official OAuth 2.0 authorization that you grant. We never scrape or access content without your permission.
• Secure Relay: When you import clips, we use the official Twitch API to retrieve your content. Video data passes through our servers in memory only and is immediately transferred to secure Cloudflare cloud storage. No video files are ever written to our servers or stored in our database.
• What We Store: Our database only retains metadata (titles, descriptions, timestamps) and storage URLs—never the actual video files themselves.
• Automatic Cleanup: Twitch-sourced clips are automatically removed from cloud storage after successful distribution to your social platforms, in accordance with Twitch platform guidelines.

How Custom Uploads Work

• Direct Cloud Transfer: Custom videos you upload follow the same secure relay process—files pass through our servers in memory and are transferred directly to Cloudflare R2 cloud storage.
• No Local Storage: Your uploaded videos are never stored on our website infrastructure or in our database.
• 30-Day Retention: Custom uploads are automatically deleted from cloud storage after 30 calendar days to maintain storage efficiency.

In Summary: Streamer Share acts as a bridge between your content sources and secure cloud storage. Your videos are never stored on our servers—we simply relay them to Cloudflare for safekeeping until distribution.

3. Subscription Rights (DMCCA 2024)

Our billing and cancellation processes are governed by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024:

• Cooling-Off Period: You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your initial subscription for a full refund, provided no automated posts or AI optimizations have been initiated.
• Renewal Reminders: For monthly and annual tiers, Plexo Logic Ltd will provide clear renewal notices before your next payment is processed.
• Straightforward Exit: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

4. Limitation of Liability

Plexo Logic Ltd is not liable for account-level actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., strikes or shadow-bans). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding said claim.

5. Third-Party Platform Terms

By using Streamer Share to connect and post content to third-party platforms, you agree to be bound by the terms of service of those platforms:

• YouTube: By using our YouTube integration, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service
• TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service
• Instagram/Facebook: Meta Terms of Service
• X (Twitter): X Terms of Service
• Twitch: Twitch Terms of Service
