1. Service Tiers & Usage Limits

*All posting is subject to individual third-party platform rate limits and our Fair Use Policy.

2. Media Architecture & Storage

Streamer Share operates as a secure relay service for your media content. We do not store video files on our website or in our database. Here is how your content flows through our system:

How Twitch Clips Work

• Authorized Access: We access your Twitch clips only through official OAuth 2.0 authorization that you grant. We never scrape or access content without your permission.
• Secure Relay: When you import clips, we use the official Twitch API to retrieve your content. Video data passes through our servers in memory only and is immediately transferred to secure Cloudflare cloud storage. No video files are ever written to our servers or stored in our database.
• What We Store: Our database only retains metadata (titles, descriptions, timestamps) and storage URLs—never the actual video files themselves.
• Automatic Cleanup: Twitch-sourced clips are automatically removed from cloud storage after successful distribution to your social platforms, in accordance with Twitch platform guidelines.

How Custom Uploads Work

• Direct Cloud Transfer: Custom videos you upload follow the same secure relay process—files pass through our servers in memory and are transferred directly to Cloudflare R2 cloud storage.
• No Local Storage: Your uploaded videos are never stored on our website infrastructure or in our database.
• 30-Day Retention: Custom uploads are automatically deleted from cloud storage after 30 calendar days to maintain storage efficiency.

In Summary: Streamer Share acts as a bridge between your content sources and secure cloud storage. Your videos are never stored on our servers—we simply relay them to Cloudflare for safekeeping until distribution.

3. Subscription Rights (DMCCA 2024)

Our billing and cancellation processes are governed by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024:

• Cooling-Off Period: You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your initial subscription for a full refund, provided no automated posts or AI optimizations have been initiated.
• Renewal Reminders: For monthly and annual tiers, Plexo Logic Ltd will provide clear renewal notices before your next payment is processed.
• Straightforward Exit: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

4. Limitation of Liability

Plexo Logic Ltd is not liable for account-level actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., strikes or shadow-bans). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding said claim.

5. Third-Party Platform Terms

By using Streamer Share to connect and post content to third-party platforms, you agree to be bound by the terms of service of those platforms:

• YouTube: By using our YouTube integration, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service
• TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service
• Instagram/Facebook: Meta Terms of Service
• X (Twitter): X Terms of Service
• Twitch: Twitch Terms of Service

6. Spin Fury (Twitch Extension)

Spin Fury is a Twitch Extension published by Plexo Logic Ltd. Viewers spend Twitch Bits to spin a wheel, and the broadcaster performs the forfeit the wheel selects. The following terms apply in addition to the sections above.

Broadcaster Responsibilities

• You choose the forfeits. Broadcasters define the challenges shown on their wheel and are solely responsible for their content, safety and legality, and for compliance with the Twitch Community Guidelines.
• Defaults are suggestions only. Any example forfeits supplied with the extension are provided for convenience. Plexo Logic Ltd does not require, instruct or encourage any person to perform any particular activity.
• Perform only what is safe. Broadcasters remain free to decline or substitute any forfeit at any time, and should never attempt an activity that risks their health, safety or wellbeing. Plexo Logic Ltd accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from activities a broadcaster chooses to perform.

Bits, Purchases and Refunds

• Twitch processes all payments. Bits are purchased from and administered by Twitch under Twitch's terms. Plexo Logic Ltd does not handle your payment details, and Twitch divides Bits revenue between the broadcaster and the developer.
• What you are buying. A purchase entitles you to a spin of the wheel. Outcomes are randomly determined, and no specific result, forfeit or performance is guaranteed.
• Refunds. Twitch does not provide a mechanism for extension developers or broadcasters to refund Bits. Bits spent on Spin Fury are therefore non-refundable by us, and any refund request must be directed to Twitch. Broadcasters may choose to grant a complimentary spin as a goodwill gesture; this is discretionary and not an entitlement.

Availability

The extension is provided on an "as is" basis. Features, pricing packages and availability may change, and the extension depends on Twitch services that are outside our control. Section 4 (Limitation of Liability) applies to your use of Spin Fury.
